The new coach is in place and we are all excited to see what Jason Hall will bring to our storied program. As we have mentioned before in our previous blogs we expected to see a change in the look of the Massillon Tiger Helmet for the 2008 season.

MassillonTigerHelmetProject.com has learned that a change is coming to the 2008 Massillon Tiger Helmet. These changes are bound to excite the town and take our program back in time historically. Gone is the "borrowed" leaping tiger of the Hamilton Tiger Cats as well as the black helmet shells. Returning to the program will be white helmet shells and the historically popular flying tiger (see below). Stripe details have not been finalized, but we do have information that black face masks will remain.
(the stripe detail is the same as 1991)

We have also been told that the Paul Brown and Steve Studer decals will remain, but pride decals have not been decided upon.
We will continue to update you as more details come to us.

Go Tigers!

Remember the hype and hoopla before the 100th meeting with McKinley in 1994?  This article was part of the week.

"Massillon-McKinley is always Ohio's game of the year. This one was the game of the century."
